5 Panel Non DOT

Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, THC (Marijuana), PCP (Phencyclidine), Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Propoxyphene and Methaqualone.

HAIR TESTING

Hair testing, also known as hair follicle testing, is a method used to detect the presence of drugs or their metabolites in a person's hair. This type of testing is commonly employed for various purposes, including pre-employment screening, workplace drug testing programs, forensic investigations, and substance abuse monitoring.

Overall, hair testing provides a comprehensive and reliable means of detecting drug use over an 90 day period, making it an effective tool for organizations seeking to maintain a drug-free workplace, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote safety and productivity among employees.

Detection Window

Hair testing can detect drug use over a longer period compared to other testing methods such as urine or saliva testing. The detection window for hair testing depends on the length of the hair sample collected, with each centimeter of hair representing approximately one month of drug use history. This means that a 1.5-inch hair sample could provide a detection window of approximately 90 days.

Owner Operator DOT Consortium

This package is crafted for owner-operators (sole owners and drivers) under FMCSA regulations, applicable to trucking and bus companies. It offers exceptional value by covering all RANDOM testing for the entire calendar year. Pricing is on a per-person basis per calendar year, with adjustments made if purchased in the 4th Quarter, where the payment extends to the following year with prorated amounts for the current year.

The Cost Per Driver

The fee is assessed per driver. For $209.00, you'll receive:

Pre-employment test,
FMCSA Clearinghouse pre-employment query, and
Enrollment in the annual random consortium, encompassing all random tests for the calendar year.

To complete your account setup and ensure DOT compliance, please provide:

Signed DOT Services agreement (emailed during setup),
Signed Credit Card Authorization for future charges (emailed during setup),
Prompt response to DOT compliance or billing-related emails and calls.

The Cost Per Driver

Enrollment in DOT Drug/Alcohol Testing under FMCSA is mandatory if you meet the following criteria:

Possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a similar license issued by Mexico or Canada,
Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in any state. A CMV is defined as a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 or more lbs, designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or of any size used to transport hazardous materials requiring placarding.
